2. Has my order been placed and shipped?

One we have recieved part payment for the hair products ordered we ill infom you of the order ID and estimated arrival date

3. My order has not arrived

Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery as your hair products are coming straight from our supplies us USA.

4. Can I amend my order?

To amend your order please call is as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate the change
